New Body New Life is a four step e-manual currently offered on the Internet. I must admit it is unlike anything I've read in the health and fitness catagory. However, is that good thing? Let's look at the differences, and you can decide for yourself. Most diet or weight loss books have the same concept: Eat healthy and exercise. Which is a good thing, because that's really the only thing that's been proven to work. New Body New Life says you need to do that too, but with a very different twist.The author [who says that he tried for 30 years to lose weight but could never keep it off] states that weight loss only works one way: You need to create a daily calorie deficit. He believes once you acknowledge that, weight loss can become incredibly easy and only take you twenty or thirty minutes a day of actual effort.
