Here is how to quit alcohol without  spending all your hard earned  cash.  Several  individuals  ceaselessly  nag about their  powerlessness to overpower their alcohol addiction  snag  despite trying  several methods suggested by doctors and experts. To me, I believe one or two things are missing in these  individuals claims. One of the things you can and must do is to separate yourself from bottles of alcohol. In other words, you need to  confiscate the alcoholic bottles around you. Remember our analogy above? If you’re not determined and decisive, you will not overpower the  snag. So,  confiscate the bottles from your  house and  shun gatherings where alcohol is served. For you to do this, I  counsel you to get rid of your alcoholic friends. Get yourself new friends that are not dependent on booze.  Furthermore, I  counsel you to politely turn down any request to go to late night parties where you know that alcoholic friends will be served.

After doing the  foregoing, it is  recommended that you get yourself involved in activities that will not arouse your thirst for alcohol.  As an instance, you can join social or community groups in your area. Immerse yourself in the activities of this group and you will discover the loss of appetite for bottles of alcohol in you. All I have stated and suggested in this  piece of writing points to one fact. Without your will, decision and determination, quitting alcohol will become  out of the question for you.
