For years, I have struggled with a complete lack of energy. I'd wake up tired, go to work tired, come home tired, and the cycle would continue from there. Working your body regularly will help you feel more energized throughout the day and will also help you get a more restful sleep, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep.
