Giving up smoking can be a life changing experience.

You can feel as smokingy and vibrant as you did when you were a child , your clothes and hair will smell better and your bank account will thank you too.

Many of us know all this and more but we still continue to smoke or we feel that we can't give up.

1)In your own mind you have to make the idea of smoking so painful that you you will not want to continue with the habit.

The point is though that what is painful about smoking will be different for different people. So try to find what is most painful for you. It could be getting sick, dying, not seeing your kids grow up. Find it and focus on it. It will drive you.

2)Giving up smoking has to be attractive too.
